At least, that's what I tell myself. In truth, I like taking photos, and that includes, on occasion, some of the dishes I cook. And I like blogging (my main blog is here). My main blog is mostly text with few pictures, and this blog is mostly pictures with little text. But still, this blog might be useful to some people, and it helps keep me off the streets and out of trouble. :-)

Sautéed Hot Dog with Veggies

Cole slaw. Redskin potato salad. And hot dogs slices sautéed with, uh, something. (Something tasty, I’m sure.) There are many variations on the recipe. For example, you could add the hot dog slices to mac and cheese. Or sautée them with butter and onions. Or add them to baked beans and top with sour cream. It’s hard to go wrong with this dish.

Spaghetti Squash with Sauce

Cook spaghetti squash and you can scrape out the inside with a fork and it forms long strands like spaghetti. Top it with spaghetti sauce and grated parmesan cheese and you’ve got a healthy “spaghetti” without the pasta carbs.

Boston Lettuce Avocado Salad and Lime Dressing

This is really good. Be sure to prepare the lime dressing. It really makes the salad. Recipe here.
