At least, that's what I tell myself. In truth, I like taking photos, and that includes, on occasion, some of the dishes I cook. And I like blogging (my main blog is here). My main blog is mostly text with few pictures, and this blog is mostly pictures with little text. But still, this blog might be useful to some people, and it helps keep me off the streets and out of trouble. :-)

Simple Salad #2

Baby spinach, onion, tomato, shredded cheese, and dressing of your choice. If Italian dressing is used, some black olives would be good. Looks like I put a few radicchio leaves in there, probably just for appearance.

Beef Stir Fry

Cooked beef strips with green, red, and orange Bell peppers, broccoli, onion, mushroom, baby corn, and whatever sauces you like. I like soy sauce and oyster sauce. Sometimes I’ll use hoisin sauce, which is the sauce used in making Mu Shu Pork. Stir fry the veggies, add beef strips, then add sauce before serving.
